CARE Team
Steve started his housing career in 2008 as a volunteer during the foreclosure crisis. After serving in various positions at the Larimer County housing nonprofit Neighbor to Neighbor, Steve joined CARE Communities as Executive Director in 2018. Steve believes that opportunity begins with a stable home. CARE’s work aligns with this belief by developing affordable rental housing, offering compassionate property management, and building a stronger community and greater housing stability through our resident services.
