Housing Choice Vouchers

Housing Choice Vouchers (HCVs) help pay the rent in the form of vouchers that are paid directly to landlords. HCVs are accepted by CARE Communities, provided voucher holders meet income requirements. For more specific information, please reach out to our property managers.

Housing Choice Vouchers are accepted. Income requirements and total unit pricing may vary for HCV participants.

To apply for a Housing Choice Voucher, contact Housing Catalyst, the Loveland Housing Authority, or another HCV provider. For more information about using vouchers to pay rent at a CARE community, contact our property managers.
