How to Apply
Applications can be dropped off at the CARE Communities office located at 1303 W. Swallow Rd., Building 11, Fort Collins CO, 80526
*We will only accept applications if we have apartments available
To accept an application, we would need the following:
- Must meet income guidelines
- Complete application for each individual over 18
- Valid Government Issued IDs for all individuals over 18 that will be living in the unit
- Social Security card(s) if applicable
- Money order for a total of $35 per individuals over 18, for credit/background checks (multiple fees can be combined on one money order for this)
- Separate money order for $100 for the reservation deposit. This is refundable if the applicant does not qualify for some reason. If accepted, this will be applied towards the security deposit.
Please Note: Incomplete Applications, or applications missing information/required items will NOT be accepted
Applications are accepted on a first come first served basis
Our Cottonwood community is always accepting wait list applications. Please contact our leasing office for more information about the Cottonwood community wait list application process.
Our communities are always accepting waitlist applications for fully accessible (UFAS) units or applicants requiring accommodation for hearing or vision impairment. Availability is subject to change.
